Sealgen: infer the actual HTTP port of the app from the app manifest

Description

Sealgen monitors the sealious app while it's running by sending requests to the app's URL. Currently it assumes the app listens on port 8080:

The task is about removing the hardcoded port and instead using the port that is specified in the app's config
