We currently use a kind of clunky editor for markdown in JDD Editor: https://hub.sealcode.org/source/sealmde-markdown-editor/

But since implementing that markdown editor, a new JDD argument has dropped: T2990: JDD new argument type: Code. It uses the stimulus component from rMONACO monaco-wrapper.

This task is about removing simpleMDE completely from jdd editor and replacing it with Monaco.
