Description

Using the functionality described in T2978: Add CLI command that helps ensure that a particular module's subdirectory is present in controllerDirs and using rSTART Module Starter as a foundation (see https://forum.sealcode.org/t/how-to-start-a-new-module-using-module-starter/2181), create a new module that contains the logic from https://hub.sealcode.org/diffusion/PLAY/browse/master/src/back/routes/common/sortable.stimulus.ts/.

The module should be published under @sealcode/sortable in npm. Add @kuba-orlik as a co-owner to the npm package.
